April 3, 2013

  • Export files for the April 1, 2013 release of Eligible Hospitals measures are now available on this page. These exports refer to the latest versions of both Eligible Hospitals measures and value sets (which were released on April 1, 2013) and the latest versions of Eligible Professionals measures and value sets.

January 9, 2013

  • The Flat File / XML extracts have been updated with the release of the version 2 2014 CQMs. These extract files now refer to the latest version of all of the 2014 CQMs and value sets.
  • The CSV and XLSX files were updated to include columns indicating the version of each CQM and the NQF Identifier of each CQM, if available.

December 3, 2012

  • The Flat File / XML extract were updated to include a column indicating that CQMs are in either the "Eligible Hospital" or "Eligible Professional Sets"
  • A Microsoft Excel™ 2007 file format of the "flat file" has been made available. This file contains the same contents as the CSV but is pre-imported with attention given to importing the data in such a manner as to respect data issues such as leading zeros.
